Data entered into your Applicant Tracking System and documents saved within your Remote Desktop are 100% protected and confidential at all times.

Absolutely no other person or agency has access to your business data.

 

How is the training provided?

You will be given secure access to an Online Training Centre offering a range of self paced training modules to hep you get the best from your systems, tools and resources. Our support team will work with you and any other team members throughout the training and commencement process and will conduct a formal training review once you have completed all training modules.

 

Do I need any special computer hardware or internet connections?

The key requirements are; that you have a relatively current model PC (not MAC) running Windows XP, Vista or 7; you must have a broadband connection with a minimum 1500 kbp (1.5 mbps) download speed and a PC camera. Most ADSL and Cable providers will provide access to this speed for less than $40 per month.

 

Does Recruit DESKTOP have a fixed agreement term.

No, there is no fixed term, however there is a 3 month termination notice period for the first license and a 30 day notice period for sub licenses.

 

 

Does using Recruit DESKTOP affect the sale of my agency.

Absolutely not. On the contrary it enhances it, by virtue of the fact that you are providing the incumbent buyer with a feeling of comfort and security that most of the systems and back office elements of their soon to be purchased agency are being managed for them. Moreover, they're accessing these elements at a
lower cost than a stand alone agency would, thus increasing their potential return on investment .
